This Focus book series aims to provide the perspective readers-at-large with basic knowledge of human factors and ergonomics that can be useful to students, teachers, academicians, researchers, and practitioners in domains of human activity, across all sectors of industry, business, education, home, leisure, entertainment, and sports. This new Focus series will cover the whole spectrum of topics related to a broadly defined HF/E field. All potential chapters will be selected from the content of the HF/E encyclopedia, built out and arranged into thematic short form Focus titles on the specific aspects of research, practice, and education within this field.
