Conservation in Focus

About the Series

Conservation in Focus is a new series of short-format books that challenges authors and readers to approach the conservation of heritage from a new angle. The series will include theoretical think pieces, reflections on developments in conservation policy, analysis of paradigm-shifting innovations and compelling case studies that will be of interest to an international readership.

Books published within the series will be authored by a diverse range of authors and editors and should be of interest to academics, researchers, and postgraduate students from the fields of conservation, museum and heritage studies and architecture. Books published in the series will be between 20,000 and 50,000 words in length, which will make them accessible to busy practitioners too.

If you would like to discuss your idea for a book that could be included within the Conservation in Focus series then please contact Heidi Lowther, who is the Editor responsible for the Conservation list at Routledge Books: [email protected]
