Effective solid waste management (SWM) is a major challenge in areas with high population density, and despite significant development in social, economic and environmental areas, SWM systems are still increasing environmental pollution day by day. Thus, there is an urgent need to address this issue for a green and sustainable environment. Therefore, the proposed book series is a sustainable attempt to cover waste management and its conversion into value-added products.
